The Banajara-Auraiya-Rajpur-Paroha-Baudhimai Road of the Rautahat district under Component 1.2 (Periodic maintenance). The road passes through Ishanath Municipality, Paroha Municipality, Rajpur Municipality, and Baudhimai Municipality in the Rautahat district, crosses the Postal Highway (NH05) at Ch. 13+725, and ends at Baudhimai Municipality. The road starts from Banjara, Ward no. 1 of the Ishanath Municipality (Coordinate: 26°45'46.10" N and 85°14'56.16" E, Elevation: 96 masl) and ends at Baudhimai, Ward no. 1 of Baudhimai Municipality (Coordinate: 26°55'29.41" N and 85° 13'46.06" E, Elevation: 106.7 m). The road connects Ishanath Municipality Ward no. 1, 3, 9, Paroha Municipality Ward no. 3, 4, 5, and 6, Rajpur Municipality Ward no. 6, and Baudhimai Municipality Ward no. 1. The road passes through different settlements like Banjara, Auraiya, Lautana, Dumariya, Kudiya, Rajpur, Namangara, Bhediyahi, Laukaha, Pokhariya, Tejapakar, Inarwari, Ajgaibi, and Baudhimai. The total length of the proposed road is 26.740 km. The maintenance works will be limited to the existing formation width.
