Budhanilkantha Municipality, under its constitutional mandate and in line with the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, is responsible for promoting employment, entrepreneurship, and skill development of local youths and marginalized groups.
In order to enhance employability, promote self-employment, and support local economic development, in accordance with its approved annual budget from FY 2082/083 (Skill Development for GenZ Youth), Budhanilkantha Municipality plans to implement short-term and advanced skill development training programs for unemployed and underemployed youths, women, and disadvantaged communities.
