If any submitted sample is rejected, the bidder shall provide another sample as instructed by the Office until the sample meets the required specifications and quality standards.
The approved samples shall be considered the final reference samples, and the bidder shall use the same approved brand, model, quality, color, design, and specifications throughout the entire work/supply. No substitution or change shall be made without prior written approval from the Office.
