The Mewa–Changhe (Dhungesangu) 132 kV Transmission Line originates from the Mewa Substation (87.6146° E, 27.5181° N), situated at Papung of Mikhwa Khola Rural Municipality in Taplejung District at an elevation of approximately 2030 meters above mean sea level. The transmission line extends up to the proposed Dhungesangu Substation (87.5932° E, 27.3571° N), located in Maiwa Khola Rural Municipality of Taplejung District, Nepal, at an elevation of around 1374 meters above mean sea level.
