The school buildings to be constructed are RCC frame structure buildings with brick masonry infill walls, plaster on walls and ceiling surface with wall putty on inner walls and ceiling surfaces. Plastic Emulsion paint shall be applied on inner surfaces whereas weather coat paint shall be applied on outer surfaces. The building shall be finished with complete sanitary and electrical works.
